Nothing new to report. All continues as it has been. An uneasy truce has been established, and we all seem to be going our own ways within the new house. It is big so it is relatively easy to find a bit of privacy here and there.
One question though: Why is it that when I am in the bathroom for any reason I am immediately needed by the rest of the residents in the house?

It's the same thing as when you finally get on the phone. When you find out the answer let me know.
If you find the answer to this question, please tell me! There are four adults living in this (pretty small) house. We only have one bathroom ~ and the loo is in there too! Every time I am in there, somebody else needs to go in! Grrrrrr.......
Like Miranda said, it's the same as the phone in my house. I can sit here staring at Bug for hours and he will be oblivious to the fact that I even exist. As soon as I walk into the bathroom or pick up the phone, I am the single most interesting person in the entire universe and he *must* be with me and be talking to me...no matter what.
Drama
My mom wonders the same thing...she thinks is some sensor the rest of us got when she became a mom. She said now that I'm not living at home even the cats and dog whine to be let into the bathroom with her. ;)
'cuz you are a mom!!!
Yes, it is definitely the mom thing. This morning all was quiet with N upstairs playing in his room as I prepared for work. No sooner had I seated myself in the downstairs bathroom than I hear "MOOOOOM! Where are you?" How on earth did he know? I swear there must be a sensor somewhere in the bathroom that tips him off.
Hi Truey, its a mom thing. Plus I think they can sense your absence, just like cats can sense when anaother cat is getting a tidbit of food at the other end of the house :-)
Try to hav ea good weekend, OK?
PAX Lady, OB.
OB - Okay, I'll try to have a good weekend. Maybe I'll crawl into on of the boxes I've unpacked and hide!
